How to get to Kimmage Manor:
Whitehall Road, Dublin 12

From Dublin Airport:
Take the 747 bus from the Airport to O'Connell Street. The 747 bus is very frequent & the timetable can be viewed at the following link: http://www.dublinbus.ie/en/Your-Journey1/Timetables/All-Timetables/747/

From O'Connell Street you can either get a taxi or take the 15A bus from College Street (adjacent to Trinity College) which is the most direct bus route to Whitehall Road.

If you are staying at a B&B near Kimmage Manor it will cost approximately Euro 30 for a taxi from the airport to the B&B.

From the City Centre by Bus

Take the 15A bus from College Street (adjacent to Trinity College - to the left when looking at the main gates to the college) which is the most direct bus route to Whitehall Road. For information on the 15A bus route go to:  http://www.dublinbus.ie/en/Your-Journey1/Timetables/All-Timetables/15a/

The bus fare is Euro 1.80 (as of January 2010) and you need to have the exact fare as change is not given on the bus. The 19A also passes close by the Kimmage Development Studies Centre. From Connolly Train Station:
Walk from Connolly Station to College Street (roughly a 10 minute walk). College Street is adjacent to Trinity College. Take the 15A bus from here.

From Heuston Train Station:
Take the no. 92 bus from Heuston Station to St. Stephen's Green. You can then catch the number 15A bus from either College Street or Harcourt Street. For more information on the no. 92 bus route go to: http://www.dublinbus.ie/your_journey/viewer.asp?route=92

• The 16a, 746 and possibly 16 also goes into Dub City Centre from airport as well as the air coach.

From City Centre/Harold's Cross by Car:
On reaching the N81 at Harold's Cross -  you move straight along Harold's Cross Road until you meet a V type junction with a grass area/railing and keep right and join Kimmage Road Lower until you get to what is known as the KCR junction (where Kimmage Road Lower meets Kimmage Road West. This will be a large four way junction with traffic lights (there are at least three sets of traffic lights before you reach the KCR junction).   Here you take a right at the traffic lights on to Kimmage Road West. At the next traffic lights you take a left on to Whitehall Road.

As you are going along Whitehall Road you will pass three bus stops on your left. Just after the third bus stop (and next to a green area with a railing) you come to a set of traffic lights. You take a left here (you should see a sign for Kimmage Manor). It looks like you are going in to a housing estate but if you keep going you will see a large open gate ahead of you. As you go inside the gates take the second left into the larger open space past the trees where you should see the Parish Church on your right and ahead of you is the Development Studies Centre Building (with a red door).

There is plenty of free car park space here in the grounds of Kimmage Manor.

From M50 by car:
Once you are on the M50 you get off at the Tallaght roundabout (No 11) and follow the Tallaght Road taking a left at the roundabout on to Wellington Lane, continue on Wellington Lane through the next roundabout. You are still on Wellington Lane and you go through the next roundabout you enter Whitehall Road. Keep going on Whitehall Road for about 5 minutes in the car and you get to the traffic lights and a right turn in to Kimmage Manor.
